A Arm Kit RZR XP 1000 (Campbell Series)
The Lower A Arm's are built using the stock geometry, but are made with clearance in mind. Many companies use a single bend and call it “high clearance”, by avoiding the second bend they lose nearly 3” of clearance at the chassis end. Using the double bend we can gain clearance while lowering the overall ride height and improving stability by lowering the COG.
Delrin bushings attach to the chassis side, making this arm solid, but smooth for suspension travel. The arms are made from CNC bent 1.25" X .120 wall 4130 chromoly tube making the stock arms look weak! These arms also use a 7/8" Heat Treated Stainless Steel Uniball with a 300M Spindle Pin to attach at the knuckle. Our proprietary Spindle Pin machining allows for the strongest hub attachment available, even before you add in the strength of the 300M material.
Like our Lower A Arms our Upper Arms use only 1.25” Diameter X .120 Wall CNC Bent 4130 chromoly tubing with a bit of 3/16” 4130 plate for the gusseting and shock mounting. At the hub mount the spindle is also 300M like the lower for the maximum movement and strength. At the chassis the mounts are a 5/8” Heat Treated 4130 Chromoly Heim Joint and and a Delrin Bushing. The combination of a Delrin Bushing and a Heim joint allow for maximum movement with the most secure hold.
These are built to the stock mounting specifications but allow for additional clearance while quadrupling strength and only weigh 3lbs more than the stock arms.
These A Arms are a direct bolt in replacement for the factory arms and include all you need to do it right the first time! Installation time is about 1.5 hour per arm and can be done by a novice mechanic. You will love the results!
When comparing to the stock 1” X .080” stock arms ours are over 4 times as strong and weigh only 3lbs more.
