This is a Chromolly weld in bung for your link suspension, anti wrap bar, Heim steering draglink, or Panhard. This is the Left hand thread model. They are pretty straightforward in design and a fair priced, reliable choice of Tube Insert for your truck. They are sold individually but we can fit a ton of them in a flat rate envelope!
