This is our basic differential cover, we see it as the only one worth making. The Ford Sterling axle is found in many 3/4 & 1 ton Ford trucks, Expeditions and a few other commercial applications, what they end up in is up to you. The Diff cover is a 1 piece Plate steel cover bent 8 ways, way hard to hurt in .375 (3/8"). The ring is also .375. One of the reasons it is so hard to hurt is that we manufacture it out of A50 Plate Steel, thats 50,000 PSI Tensile strength. After welding the mounting surface is machined absolutely flat for a perfect fit! Its a great addition to the already bombproof Sterling axle. This is for an fully welded Ford Sterling Diff Cover, welded inside and out.

This one has seen a bit of abuse and look! No Leaks! Its a 14 bolt but you get the idea! I think this one is the best testimonial available, I can't say it better than the Picture can!
