Shipping & Returns

For most orders we use the United States Postal Service. We have a variety of price ranges from $6.80 to 18.40. Our goal is to make shipping affordable to our customers, not for us to make a profit off of. When we use Flat Rate Boxes we can ship to residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and even APOs and FPOs worldwide for the same price. For the remainder of our shipments including DOM tubing, Axle Housings, and Frame Reinforcement Plates, we try to use UPS and those rates vary due to weight and distance. Please call if you have any questions regarding shipping the Website does not explain.



If you are in need of a product immediately please call us and if the part is small lets say a single Rod End Set, we can often times ship your parts in an Express envelope for $20.00. In most cases if the Express shipments are received by the Post office by 12pm you will see them the next day. Other larger orders will be shipped UPS, please call for prices.

Canadian orders add $17 per box to shipping, unless they are over-sized such as a 14 Bolt Differential Cover, which is an additional $20.00. The boxes at this price are limited to 20lbs each. If we end up overcharging you we will refund any difference. Western European or Australian orders add $36 for delivery. International Flat Rate Boxes are also limited to 20lbs.

RETURNS Please Ship all returns to RuffStuff Specialties, 3415 Swetzer Rd Bay 3, Loomis, CA 95650. Please call before you return an order and we can note your account. With your return we ask that you include your name, order number (if you have it), your contact information, why you are returning your parts, and how you would prefer to receive you refund.
