This kit ties it all together with all the pieces in one place.
We start with our Panhard brackets, you will need to choose whether you want the axle offset or centered bracket. It is really a space consideration, if you have the room you can use the centered, if space is the concern choose the offset bracket to get the panhard out of the way.
The next choice is for the frame mounting. If you are using a stock width axle most of the time you will use the frame inside bracket. When going fullwidth you will need the frame outside bracket to get the length you need.
You will receive:
- 54"of DOM tubing 1.5" O.D. X .25" wall
- Brackets for the frame and axle
- 1 pair of 7/8" Heat Treated Heims
- High Misalignments with a 9/16" Bore
- Hex Head Weld Bungs for faster adjustment
- 2 - Grade 8 Bolts and Lock Nuts

Will this work on a 1986 f250? Also does the top mount require welding?
This is a weld on kit. All frame and axle brackets should be welded and I would be wary of a kit with frame brackets that is only bolt on. It should work but you will want to take some measurements and make sure there is a clear spot on the frame and axle it can attach to without interfering with other components

On a stock 2001 f350 super duty 7.3 diesel, which brackets would I use for mounting track bar. Just wanted to order correct ones to make sure the complete kit fits correctly. Thank you.
For a front axle you want your panhard to match the length and angle of your drag link as close as possible to avoid bump steer. The offset bracket typically allows you to push axle mount further down the axle tube to achieve more length. You also have frame mount options to mount inboard the frame rail or outboard the frame rail. You will want to make the appropriate selections to mirror the drag link as close as possible

What, if any, lube do you recommend for the heim joints?

I just put a 6 inch lift on a zj with stock axles will this kit work for front and rear?
This should be more than enough. The top hole on the axle bracket sits about 6" above the axle centerline while the frame bracket sits about 5" below the frame rail. This kit comes with 54" of tube plus the heims and bungs. Key is matching your track bar/panhard angle to the drag link, but then your rear bar will be going the opposite direction than the front.

Zj with jk axles and artec truss/bracketry. Frame inside panhard or outside?
Depends on if its rear axle or front axle. Front axle you want it to match the length and angle of your drag link to avoid bump steer issues. Rear axle you want it to be as long and horizontal as possible so if you have the room outside may be best for the rear.
Brian P. on -- Asked:
How far down is the lowest hole on the frame side mount from the frame. Trying to cure bump steer from a high steer kit and already have installed a over the axle track bar mount Answered:
Lowest hole is about 4 7/8" from the frame to the center of the hole.
