Everything you need for a strong, adjustable suspension or steering link all in one box. This 1/2" kit includes a fully heat-treated Heim joint, your choice of misalignment spacers (1/2" or 3/8" to suit your articulation needs), a weld-in tube adapter sized for 3/4" ID tubing, and a matching jam nut. Rated at over 16,000 lbs static load, this kit is built for serious applications.

Choose your thread direction—left or right—and dial in your misalignment spacer based on bolt size and pivot requirement. Want max articulation? Grab the 3/8" spacer option. Looking for simpler geometry or more bolt surface contact? Go with the 1/2" spacer. This kit is flexible enough to work on suspension arms, steering links, or chassis mounting points.

Choice of misalignment spacer:

• 1/2" bore – limited angle, more bolt contact
• 3/8" bore – up to 30° articulation

Tips to Help Prevent Any Seized or Warped Threads

• Correctly adjust welder settings and start your puddle on the tube (too much heat will warp the threads).
• Do not weld the tube adapter with the rod end threaded inside (different cooling rates will lock them together).
• Wait until everything is fully cooled before threading rod ends into the adapters.

Rod End Maintenance Tip

We only recommend using Tri-Flow to service our rod ends. Using products like WD-40 or Blaster will void the warranty.
