Tips to Help Prevent Any Seized or Warped Threads

  • Correctly adjust welder settings and start your puddle on the tube (too much heat will warp the threads).
  • Do not weld the tube adapter with the rod end threaded inside.
  • Wait until fully cooled before threading rod ends into adapters.

good length

what i like about this tube bung is that it has a lot of meat to it. even this small 3/4 bung is long and has the hex section to it not only to help with adjustment but it really gives it some meat to weld to. the cone style have a nice look but nice looking don't get you home. thanks to all y'all at rough stuff for sending me good service and a good product. Jamison
