Shackle Relocation Kit For Jeep XJ

Very impressed and super stoked on the quality and fitment of the shackle boxes. The hardest part was getting the factory shackle boxes out. But just use a 3/8" spot weld cutter and they'll come out eventually. I already had the ruffstuff rear stiffeners and these lined up perfectly. Shackle relocations should be mandatory for XJ's to fix the terrible shackle angle! These helped me get another inch or two of droop out of the rear suspension also.

The ONLY complaint I have with these is the hardware. All the unibody rail bolts (the main bolts holding this mount on) are metric 8.8, not 10.9. And the rest of the smaller bolts are SAE grade 8, but only include ONE grade 5 washer per set. Obviously not a huge deal but that just doesn't seem up to par with the typical Ruffstuff quality.

Have not installed just yet (very, verysoon, but they are STOUT. Your jeep will break before they do.

I first purchased a competitors set of shackle relocation boxes, and was very upset with their fitment. Did more research and decided to purchase a pair of these and I'm very happy that I did. I've only taken one drive so far but they have worked out great. They fit perfect have totally changed the game on changing or making adjustments to the leaf springs. Do yourself a favor cut off the factory shackle boxes and get yourself a pair of these. If you want to see them in action follow me @blakesride
