The new Ultimate Dana 80 Bracketless Crate Rear Axle is now available to pair with Artec's APEX Truss & Bracket System for your Jeep Gladiator.
This combination delivers the ultimate axle swap package for enhanced performance, dependability, and maximum strength. The patented APEX Truss system represents the next evolution of axle trusses from Artec Industries, offering affordability, durability, lightness, and ease of installation to provide unparalleled protection for your axle. Its innovative peaked top design offers greater rigidity, lower weight, and eliminates long weld seams, streamlining the installation process. The APEX swap kit features multiple enhancements, including improved weldability, less welding distortion, optimized shock bracket locations, and lower and upper control arm mounts, all suggested by our network of trusted dealers and installers. This robust truss and bracket system accommodates the factory link, spring, anti-sway bar, and shock locations while withstanding extreme wear and tear.
The 3/16" thick steel truss allows easy alignment of the link mounts, saving you time and hassle during the installation. The kit is made from 1/4" and 3/16" mild steel and features a patented APEX peaked top for enhanced rigidity over flat top designs. CNC laser cut and formed construction ensures a perfect fit and clearance, while the reinforced truss design allows you to simply drop it in place, clock off the cover, and start welding. 70% less welding is needed compared to traditional designs, reducing warping, speeding up turnaround, and lowering costs.
