Description

DIY Rock Sliders 60"

Complete DIY Rock Slider Kit with Tubing – 60" Length

This DIY rock slider kit is built for those who want strong, functional protection without needing a tube bender. Designed for 1.75" x .120 wall DOM tubing, it provides everything you need to build a 60" long slider setup that fits a wide range of vehicle platforms.

The kit includes pre-cut straight DOM tubing for both inner and outer rails, plus DOM frame legs, gussets, end caps, and frame plates. The design keeps the tubes 5.25" apart using 16" legs, with capped ends at a 45° angle. All parts come unwelded and are cut to cover both sides of the vehicle.

Great kit!

The hardest part was cutting the 45 degree angles correctly on the tubes, glad I had access to a bandsaw. Everything else went together so easy!
