Great product !

Heard great things about Ruffstuff so I ordered this skid plate. Very straight forward install. Unfortunately I needed to weld a tab on my aftermarket bumper as it didn't have the needed mount point. Product is awesome. Can't recommend enough.

Great Steering Box Skid

High quality truly rugged product. Skid came bare steel so well manufactured I honestly debated on just clear coating it. Hardware was all perfect and install was extremely easy even though my bumper isn't Ruffstuff. I highly recommend this skid.

TJ Steering Box Skid - 5 Stars

Purchased because I have been very pleased with my RS front bumper. Steering skid fit well - I mounted it to check fit, then removed it, wiped it down with acetone, primed it, painted it to match my bumper, and installed it with the included hardware. Very happy! This thing is beefy!

Great product

I chose the Ruffstuff steering box skid because of its relatively low profile compared to other brands.

My first impression was that the quality is second to none. Welds are great product looks nice.

I had to modify it a slight bit because of my front bumper but other than that it went on nice and easy.

Will be getting one of these for my wife's TJ as well.

5 stars would recommend.
