The rear bumper overlays the crossmember, thickening it while ignoring the additional cost of material. This bumper is designed for a very snug fit that you can bolt up in less than an hour. Tow Clevis Mounts are available. These bumpers come unpainted in case you decide to weld on any additional mounts such as a step or mounts for a tire carrier. Includes bumper and mounting hardware. Fits

  • Wrangler YJ 1986-1995 (lower passenger side of bumper will need to be clearanced slightly for gas tank skid mounting bolt)

BAD A$$!!

This bumper is awesome. I love how it is flush with the back of my yj. This bumper is the thickest, strongest bumper for a yj on the market!!!.fits pretty tight, had to use the bolts to pull it up around the rear body mounts but once on it fits like a glove and looks awesome. Only complaint is the driver side of the bumper isn't notched correctly for 2 of the 3 gas tank skid plate nuts but you can remove the nuts from the bolts sticking down and the bumper overlaps the skid plate and gives it more support than the 2 nuts did. Overall I'd say this is the best flush mount yj bumper on the market!! Thank you Ruff Stuff Specialties!!!

Perfect Solution

Fit snugly over the existing crossmember on my 1993 YJ, strengthening this weak area of the frame. Every YJ needs one of these. Worked perfectly for mounting my custom-made swing-out tire carrier.
