This Chrysler 8.25" differential cover is built to take the hits your stock cover can’t. Found on Jeep Cherokee (XJ), Liberty (KJ), and various Dodge Dakota trucks, the 8.25 axle benefits greatly from this fully welded, precision-machined upgrade. The 3/8" plate steel cover is bent 8 ways and welded to a massive 1/2" ring, giving unmatched strength and sealing performance—perfect for off-road abuse or heavy-duty daily use.

The large 1" I.D. fill plug makes oil changes and level checks quick and easy, even on the trail. All seams are welded inside and out, and the machined surface ensures a perfect, leak-free fit every time.

THICK and Beautiful

This diff. cover is amazing. It is the definition of BEEF. If you worry about that paper thin stock diff. cover, worry no longer, ruffstuff has your back. The welds are beautiful and looks like it could take an IED hit. Hands down the best diff. cover for the money on the market.
