Heavy-Duty Diff Cover for Dana 30 Axles

Designed to handle serious trail abuse, this Dana 30 cover fits everything from old Jeepsters to Wranglers, Cherokees, and early Broncos. Built from 3/8" A50 plate steel with a tensile strength of 50,000 PSI, the one-piece cap is bent 8 ways and fully welded to a 3/8" ring. Machined flat after welding for a perfect seal. Tie rod clearance is ~3/4" and clears all Dana 30 setups we've come across. Backed by a lifetime guarantee.

King of Hard Knocks!

The cover itself rocks. I think it would give armor piercing ordinance a challenge. I bought the bolts to go with it which turned out to not work out particularly well and I ended up substituting my own. So I would skip the $9 bolts and buy the cover again in a heartbeat!

I really thought I knew what I was purchasing but this thing is way beefier than I expected. The welds, just wow. Beautiful piece. It's a shame it'll be covered in power steering fluid and dirt most of the time.
