Purchased for the D60 in the front, Insane how much stronger this thing is. Will not be worried about any rocks coming my way.

Always good stuff

Never had a problem with RuffStuff diff covers, every one of them is built as strong as the axle and they fit great. Machining them flat is a step I feel like shouldn't be overlooked but I feel like some other covers out there rely on the bolts for flatness more than they should.

Ready for carnage

This cover is thick and strong. Nice welds. The only thing I would change is to weld on bolt protection but I will weld on my own

Dana 60 cover

I replaced the "stock" cast cover that came with my aftermarket d60 because, at some point, I hit it so hard I cracked it. This thing is such a work of art, I didn't even paint it, just clear coated it.

Don't be scared to oval some holes.

I've bought two D60 covers, 10-11 years apart. First one needed all the holes opened up and a few oval'd to get all the hardware started, then the spot facing wasn't anywhere near enough for even AN sized washers. Second one had noticeably larger spot facing, and only needed three holes to be opened up and/or oval'd to get the hardware in. Overall still happy with them, and will be ordering another set front/rear for my super duty soon. Hopefully even less modifications will be needed.
