Kingpin Dana 60 Crossover & High Steer Kit (Springless)

Springless 1-ton crossover and high steer system for kingpin Dana 60 axles.

This kit is designed for kingpin Dana 60 front axles and eliminates the factory preload spring with our springless high steer arms—moving the tie rod up and out of harm’s way while increasing strength and adjustability. It's a true 1-ton crossover/high steer conversion with all the key parts in one package, ready to tackle serious off-road abuse.

Included are two pieces of 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing, four GM 1-ton tie rod ends (three standard, one high-angle for the drag link to pitman arm), plus our hex head tube adapters and jam nuts. You’ll be able to fine-tune your setup with a crescent wrench—no marring your tubing with a pipe wrench. More DOM than you need is supplied to account for trimming errors, because it’s better to cut once the right way.

Requires welding. Check steering clearances at full lock before cutting tubes.

Beef is what's for dinner

Well built and beefy! Very easy to install. I installed this kit in a "��79 Ford and will have to move the shock mounts both top and bottom so keep this and similar issues in mind.

Great Setup!

Building a 1-ton TJ and did the high-steer conversion. Really happy with the setup and blown away at the clearance it gave me. Super high-quality TREs, arms, etc. and came together with ease - all for a great price!
