This 120-degree gusset is built for reinforcing tough-to-reach corners and angled joints in off-road frames, chassis, and suspension mounts. Whether you’re tying together tube work or adding strength to boxed sections, this gusset gives you the support where straight angles won’t cut it.

Formed from 1/4" thick steel, it’s tough enough for high-stress applications like rock crawlers, linked suspensions, and full-custom builds. The 120° angle can be adjusted up to ±15° with a little flex before welding to better match your fitment. With an outer edge measuring 2.25", it’s compact but effective for small gaps and hard-to-reach areas.
