Basic spring-over kit for 3" front axle tubes on FJ40/FJ60 Land Cruisers.

This front spring-over kit is designed for Toyota Land Cruisers running a 3" diameter front axle tube—perfect for FJ40 and FJ60 builds. It’s a no-nonsense starter kit that includes all the essentials to get your axle under the rig using stock spring and shackle hangers. The standout difference in this setup is the inclusion of a diff-side cut perch and grade 8 bolts to accommodate the pumpkin clearance issue common on these axles.

Everything is built with strength in mind—3/8" thick A50 steel u-bolt plates and perches, three 10" long u-bolts with 5/8" diameter legs, and a pair of weld-on shock brackets. The u-bolt plates and perches are sized for 2.75" wide leaf springs and feature multiple center pin options to help you fine-tune your axle position. This is the bare minimum done right.

Requires welding. Confirm spring and axle tube fitment before install. For shock bracket install, we recommend 1/2" x 3" shock bolts (sold separately).
