Jeep XJ 3-Link Crossmember Kit

Been putting off long arms as I've been torn between different pros and cons across different manufacturers.
Once I saw that RS was making one I took great consideration and eventually pulled the trigger during a summer sale.

Pro's:
competitive cost
Design
Included trans/T-case skid plates
Supporting a local Business (for me)

Cons:
Primarily the add-on links.

The Kit appears to be designed on a Cherokee with a 6.5-8in+ lift based on my observation as the links where minimum 3+ inches to long for my XJ.

Running a 4.5in lift and the axle centered in the stock wheel well position, I had to have the heims fully threaded in and still push the axle 3-4 inches forward causing compression/flex clearance interference with the track bar and top of the differential and my front bumper (so far), Which is going to require removing, cutting and re-bung and weld the links.

Not a huge fan of the front poly bushing setup and would like to see a flex joint such as Johnny joint's, etc. Possibly on the rears too but this is just personal preference.

In closing, I would recommend considering the kit. But would highly recommend saving some money and build your own links instead.

Additional notes: had some QC issues. But RS addressed that promptly and free of charge 👍

I Seen the add as I was surfing for a 3 piece crossmember style long arm systems. I liked what I seen after comparing to several other brands. Decided to make the purchase and so far absolutely no regrets! Only took 2 weeks to get my order in which was far ahead of the other lead times. So far quality it's 110% there. Welds are fantastic, Cnc work is perfect, and overall design I'm very happy with. Several of my friends have already said that will be their next kit. Look forward to bashing on this kit in the woods for a very long time.
