Description

Ford 9.75" F-150 / Raptor / Expedition Differential Cover

Heavy-duty protection for Ford’s strongest half-ton axle — built to take abuse.

This differential cover is built for the Ford 9.75" rear axle, found under late-model F-150s, Raptors, Expeditions, and more. It features a 3/8" (.375") thick bent plate steel cover, fully welded to a 3/8" steel ring. All seams are welded inside and out, and the machined-flat sealing surface ensures a perfect fit. A large 1" ID fill plug makes fluid checks and changes quick and painless. This is the same axle that supports high-output EcoBoost and V8 Raptors, so it deserves a cover that’s up to the job.

Backed by a lifetime warranty, this kit includes 5/16" 12-point hardware and washers. The 9.75" axle is known for its 34-spline shafts and durability, but the stock stamped cover doesn’t cut it when you're hauling, wheeling, or putting down real power. Make sure to confirm your axle, as some Fords came with different rear ends across similar years and trims.
