Y-Link Steering Kit with GM 1 Ton Tie Rod Ends
Heavy-duty Y-link steering kit with 1-ton tie rod ends and 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing.
This kit upgrades your steering with stronger materials and easier adjustments compared to stock. It can be used with factory knuckle positions or high steer arms, using the standard GM 1-ton taper. Built from 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing and oversized tie rod ends designed for 1-ton trucks, it offers far more strength than OEM components. Weld-in hex head bungs make alignment adjustments simple with a wrench, avoiding the scarring and stress risers caused by pipe wrenches.
The kit includes extra tubing length so you can cut to fit and ensure proper clearance around sway bar mounts, diff covers, and other components. Welding is required for final assembly, and test-fitting with the steering at full lock is recommended before final cuts and welds. The result is a steering system that’s stronger, easier to adjust, and built to handle bigger tires and harder use.
