Deaver Long Travel Spring Under WIY Kit 2.5" Springs, Partial

The bottom "Cradle" brackets are 1.75" deep and can protect the Ubolt threads from the dirt and rocks, just trim the ends after you install them.

They are made 2.5" wide springs, only enough to allow a snug fit so if you lose the center pin it won't fall apart on you. We make the perches slightly wider to add stability and fully rest the spring under the perch.

  • This is a Do It Yourself (DIY) unwelded kit and comes with the pieces to complete 1 axle left and right sides.

You will receive:

  • 2 - spring under leaf spring plates for 2.5" springs
  • 2 perches for 3", 3.25" or 3.5" axle tube and 2.5" wide
  • 4 U-bolts 8" Long and hardware

grea kit....but

the u-bolts that came with my kit are long to the point that I ran out of threads when installing them. 8.25" axle on Jeep MJ. Need to get a die to run the threads up further so i can tighten these down.

Great build quality, perfect for creating the most possible clearance for a spring-under setup.

I love these spring mounts, I recently moved my side-mounted spring mounts under the frame, and needed to move the springs under the axle to keep ride height decent. These are built solid, just weld the joints and they're ready to go. With the 3.5" axle tube, there is just enough room to get a thin-wall deep socket in place, but it is tight. I shaved a little off my socket and it fits perfect. Would buy again!

Outstanding all around!

Called up and spoke with Lewis (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong dude!), not even really sure I knew what I wanted. A few minutes on the phone, and he had me all sorted out with exactly what I needed, even though it wasn't a kit they normally put together. And the shipping! Holy smokes! Talk about on top of it. Ordered Tuesday, just opened the box her in WA Thursday morning! Can't beat that.

ordered these as a quick fix as opposed to doing a ubolt reversal. it gained me the clearance I needed and I was amazed at the quality of product. shipping was super fast. will def buy again and would recommend to anyone.
