Heavy-Duty Lower Control Arms with Heim Joints

These Double Flex lower control arms replace the weak factory arms on Jeep TJ, LJ, XJ, and MJ platforms with a much stronger design. Built from .25" wall DOM tubing, they’re significantly stronger than stock arms and provide the durability needed for off-road use. Unlike canister-style joints found on cheaper arms, these use proven heat-treated Heim joints for superior strength and articulation.

Designed to be paired with adjustable upper arms, these longer lower arms correct geometry when running a lift. They allow more than twice the travel of stock bushings, improving suspension flex and overall handling. Built in Loomis, California, with American steel, these arms come welded, fully adjustable, and ready to install.
