Front Bumper Frame Tie-In Brackets For Jeep XJ

Description

Front Bumper Frame Tie-In Brackets for Jeep XJ

Strengthen your XJ’s front bumper mounts for serious off-road durability.

These front bumper tie-in brackets are a simple but essential upgrade for any Cherokee XJ that sees trail time. Made from 1/8" steel, they reinforce the front frame crossmember and tie your bumper mounts directly into the frame rails. That extra support spreads out impact loads and helps prevent stress cracks, bolt tearing, or bumper shift under heavy use.

Whether you’re running a winch bumper or just want added peace of mind, these brackets are a no-brainer. They install cleanly with basic tools and make sure your front end can take whatever the trail dishes out.

XJ Bumper Brackets

Very solid brackets, and installed easily. I did have to get longer bolts for driver side, since I have a steering brace plate. Keep that in mind if you have one; might need longer bolts also if you have frame stiffeners installed. I primed the raw steel before installation, not sure if necessary. Overall it's beefy, and gives me much more confidence in the strength if I ever have to winch or get pulled by the bumper.
