Description

Fix It Weld Washers — 10 Pack

Weld-in step washers for repairing ovaled mounting holes

These weld washers repair elongated or damaged bolt holes by adding a precision, weldable seat. Each washer has a 1/4" step so the outer diameter drops 1/4" into the drilled hole for positive location. Designed for use on 1/4" thick plate and sold in packs of 10.

Select the washer size to match your bolt, then drill the hole per the guide below so the stepped OD seats correctly. Fit the washer into the hole, verify alignment, and weld fully around the perimeter to restore a round, tight bolt bore. This process provides a durable, centered mount without replacing the whole bracket or plate.

Perfect for the job.

These worked great to repair some holes that had become oval shaped on my equipment. I've already told others about this product.

Used it to fix my DD pickup

I have previously used the fix it washers to fix holes on leaf spring hangers. This time I had a bolt come loose on the lower control arm on my daily driver truck and wallow the hole out. 16MM bolt so I bought the 5/8 fix it, and it worked great!

Best thing since sliced bread

I first used a set on lower sway bar ends that had enlarged over time and made fixing them a breeze. Now whenever I am building a 4 link, ladder bars or sway bar links I just go ahead and put them in from that start. I put them on all my 4 link tabs in my rock bouncer and after 5 years they all look like the day I welded them in. They are a must have for any shop or home builders.

exactly what I needed

Perfect! Exactly what I needed to fix a tapered hole for a 5/8 bolt. Sent the ruff stuff team a email asking for advice or a solution and that day got a call with their opinion and options and this was a perfect solution. Super fast shipping and the absolute best customer service you could ask for
