Shackle Hanger - Custom Width

NOTE: THE CUSTOM WIDTH MINIMUM DISTANCE CAN NOT BE LESS THAN 2 1/4" OD. Custom width bushing DOM sleeves have about a 4 day turn around time depending on quantity
These are designed with an offset so you can pull them way back or all the way forward to your desired frame location. They will work great in a shackle reversal too with a ramp built in, this way you won't have to spend hours and hours drilling, reinforcing, and praying that the holes in the frame are straight.
Made of 1/4" thick steel plate and 2.0" x .25 wall DOM. This kit comes with bushings and sleeves.
Measure your springs with the bushings installed to determine which you need. All custom widths will be within .010" of requested size
Width measurments are the end to end measurement which includes the 1/4" bushings shoulder on each end. Because of this the outer DOM sleeve will be 1/2" shorter than the measurement you provide us.
They come unwelded and are sold in pairs.If you choose to include a shackle, it will come drilled to the sleeve ID you selected
- Use Silicone or Lithium based grease for Polyurethane bushings. Using petroleum based grease or spray lubricants will degrade the bushing and void any warranty
