Our covers are crafted from A50 plate steel with a 50,000 PSI tensile strength, so this cover is tough, it's a fortress of steel, specifically crafted to handle the intense demands of rock crawling. The 1 piece 3/8" (.375") plate steel cap is bent 8 ways and welded to a 1/2" ring, making it virtually indestructible compared to the 1/4" cap used by our competitors.. And after welding, the mounting surface is machined perfectly flat for an unbeatable fit.

The M210 is a variation of a Dana 44 front axle found stock on the Jeep Wrangler JL and Jeep Gladiator JT Rubicon Models.

The epitome of EXTREME DUTY differential covers!!!

My expectations weren't high, and I won't lie, I had never heard of RuffSuff Specialties before I bought these differential covers. But let me tell you, they hit it out of the park on these covers! The fit and finish far exceeds the price, making them an exceptional value. The quality and workmanship, especially the welds are truly admirable. Seeing this cover made me believe that someone took pride in their job and in today's world that says a lot about a company and their employees. Earlier this year I installed the "M" branded differential covers on my brothers JT from the company down in The Yellowhammer State. They were a definite improvement over stock, but in no way do they compare to the heft and quality of the RuffStuff differential covers. The 3/8" steel plate, 1/2" steel ring and 1" fill plug categorically beat the advertised specs for the "M" branded differential covers. That information coupled with the fully backed lifetime warranty led me to purchase the RuffStuff covers over the "M" brand. I also purchased the optional bolt kit because I was not sure the stock bolts would be long enough to accommodate the additional thickness of the RuffStuff cover. It is worth mentioning that the RuffStuff cover is bigger than the stock cover allowing for an additional fluid capacity of 0.75 quarts of gear oil in both the front and rearend. Hopefully they start making more stuff for the JL!!!
