Bilstein "damper"

This is not a damper it's a miniature shock, when you snip the band that comes on it, is pushes out. What do you think will happen when you attach one end of this to your axle and the other end to your steering? I installed this and once you let go of the steering wheel the jeep pulls hard to the right badly and fast, it didn't do that without this and doesn't with the new actual damper installed, few are of this product
