Description
GM Crossover Steering Kit – GM 1-Ton Taper (High Steer Compatible)
Stronger tubing, easier adjustments, and GM 1‑ton reliability for your crossover steering.
This isn’t your basic parts-bin steering. Our GM Crossover Steering Kit mirrors the factory layout but makes it tougher and easier to dial in. We use hex-head TRE bungs so you can adjust toe and drag link length with a crescent wrench instead of chewing up the tube with a pipe wrench. It plays nicely with high steer arms and uses the standard GM 1‑ton taper for a proven, serviceable setup.
Strength is where it counts: 1.5" x .25" wall DOM for both tie rod and drag link, plus beefy GM 1‑ton tie rod ends. We even include extra DOM so you can trim to fit your axle, diff cover, and sway bar layout without coming up short. Mock it up, mark it, cut it clean, and you’re in business.
