Description

DOM Tube, 1.75" x .25" Wall (1.25" ID)

Heavy-Duty DOM Tubing for Maximum Strength Applications

This 1.75" x .25" wall DOM tubing (1.25" ID) is designed for high-stress applications where strength and durability are critical. With its heavy wall thickness, it is commonly used in suspension links, structural bracing, and other areas where failure is not an option. The precision DOM process ensures excellent dimensional accuracy and consistency.

Tubing is sold in 1-foot increments. Pre-cut tubing ships via UPS Ground in lengths up to 6 ft. For full stick pricing (~20 ft), freight shipping to a commercial address is required. Ordering multiple sticks at once provides the best value since freight costs are nearly the same whether shipping one or several sticks.

Good stuff

This is exactly what they say it is. I ordered two pieces and one was missing in the first shipment. I made a quick call and customer support got the other one out for shipping the next day. The second piece was cleaner than the first. The first had a little surface rust on it but nothing a little acetone and scotch pad couldn't fix. Metal TIG welded really nicely after a good cleaning, but that's what you do... clean the metal before you weld it.
