This is our third-gen design weld washer, built specifically for adding clean, threaded holes to thin wall tubing or flat plate — without the hassle of tapping. Whether you're mounting accessories, panels, or brackets, this is the right way to do it.

If you’ve ever tried tapping .120" wall tubing, you already know it doesn’t leave enough thread depth for reliable fastening. These 1/2"-20 fine thread weld-in washers solve that problem. Just drill a 3/4" hole, drop in the washer, weld it, and you’ve got a durable threaded connection that’s stronger, faster, and cleaner than tapping.

Great for bumpers, rock sliders, armor, cages, and chassis work. They’re especially useful when working with 1-1/4" OD or larger tubing and flat surfaces where bolt-on functionality is key.

Great Product and Service

First off, I am very happy with the product. These are well made and make it easy to bolt accessories to the cage. I was even more impressed with the customer service. I received the wrong weld washers with my initial order. A quick phone call and Emily apologized and said she would send out the correct washers. Within minutes I had an email with a new tracking number. I was expecting a return shipping label and was going to send the others back. To much surprise I had a free gift and a note apologizing for the inconvenience that said to keep the other weld washers. I will definitely continue to use them for my fab needs! Great company to work with!
