Jeep XJ/TJ/LJ/ZJ/MJ Y-Link 1 Ton Steering Kit
Heavy-duty welded Y-link steering system for Jeep solid axles running larger tires and lifts.
This kit replaces the factory inverted-T steering with a true Y-link design, eliminating the constant toe-in/toe-out motion that leads to bump steer and death wobble. The system uses forged 1-ton tie rod ends and 1.5" x .250" wall DOM tubing, making it significantly stronger than stock. The tie rod and drag link are professionally cut, bent, and welded in-house for precise fitment and durability. After reaming your knuckles and pitman arm to the GM 1-ton taper, the kit bolts directly into Jeep XJ, MJ, TJ, LJ, and ZJ axles.
Designed as a bolt-in replacement for factory steering on vehicles with up to a 4" lift, this kit provides stronger components, smoother steering geometry, and improved reliability. The large-diameter DOM tubing and forged ends are built to handle larger tires and the abuse of off-road use. Professional welding and proven design ensure a steering upgrade that addresses the weak points of the stock system while keeping the install straightforward.

Please allow 3–5 business days turnaround time due to high demand. Requires wheels with 4" backspacing or less (not compatible with factory Jeep wheels). Knuckles and pitman arm must be reamed to GM 1-ton taper. Designed for use with lifts up to 4".
