Dana 60 Crossover & High Steer Kit
Complete 1-ton crossover and high steer upgrade for Dana 60 axles.
If you're fed up with sloppy or fragile steering on your Dana 60, this kit is your go-to fix. It includes everything you need to convert your front end to a true 1-ton crossover/high steer setup—ideal for serious trail rigs and heavy-duty builds. The kit comes with our beefy high steer arms (passenger and driver side, with hardware), plus 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing for both the tie rod and drag link, giving you a setup that’s built to take hits and stay straight.
You’ll also get four standard GM 1-ton tie rod ends (TK234), our 7/8"-18TPI hex head tube adapters, and jam nuts for easy adjustment with a crescent wrench—no pipe wrench scars on your DOM. We’ve packed all the critical pieces into one dialed package, with extra tubing included so you're not hosed if your first cut is off. Whether you're finishing a SAS swap or replacing a beat steering system, this kit sets you up right.
