Dana 60 Crossover & High Steer Kit
Tired of your vulnerable, weak, hard-to-adjust Dana 60 steering? This kit is the solution! It includes everything needed to convert your Dana 60 to a true 1-ton Crossover/High Steer setup. It comes with a set of our high steer arms (including hardware!) This kit also comes with two pieces of beefy 1.5 x .25 wall DOM tubing for your drag link and tie rod as well as 4 of our GM 1-ton TREs (four standard TREs) We include our hex head TRE tube adapters and jam nuts so you can adjust your steering with a crescent wrench rather than a pipe wrench- saving your tubing from scarring and prevent stress risers. These are all the important steering upgrades in one kit!
Important Note
- Due to high demand please allow a 3-5 business day turnaround.
- Requires welding by a competent person with the right equipment, don't skimp, do it right!
- You will need to check clearances with the steering at lock to see if you need to add any bends before you cut it down to clear diff covers, sway bar mounts, etc
- Chevy's require changing from 4wd steering box to 2wd steering box
- Dodge requires relocating the steering box to the 2wd drive position and shortening the steering shaft from the box to the steering wheel
