This 5/8" x 5/8" right-hand thread rod end is made the way we want heim joints to be—strong, affordable, and ready for serious use. The heat-treated 4130 chromoly housing pairs with a 52100 bearing steel ball and hard chrome finish for maximum strength and wear resistance. The Teflon-impregnated nylon race provides smooth articulation and long service life. Rated at 18,000 lbs ultimate radial static load (tested to deformation, not failure), this is a dependable choice for 4-link suspensions, steering, or custom fabrication.

Rod End Maintenance Tip

Only use Tri-Flow to lubricate rod ends. Using WD-40, PB Blaster, or similar products will degrade the Teflon race and void the warranty.

Awesome product.

Needed some heim joints for the radius rods on my can am x3. Other companies wanted a small fortune on theirs and only lasted a few rides. Installed these and gave her the ole tackett creek beat down and they held up great and a fraction of the money.

RuffStuff Heims = WOW!

Picked up a set of their 5/8" Rod Ends for my HotRod project. For starters, they are far better quality than any other Heims I've ever seen. Period. And far less expensive at that! They are very high quality and even Cryo treated. They had all the RH/LH Threaded Bungs, Jam Nuts, and Misalignment spacers I could ask for at very low prices. I will never buy this type of product anywhere else.
And for those that have never seen their 7/8" Rod Ends!!! You need two hands to hold these monsters! Wish I had a use for something that Heavy Duty!
