2.5" Spring U-Bolt Plates For Jeep

Heavy-duty U-bolt plates with multi-hole adjustability for Jeep axle swaps.

Originally designed around the standard 2.5" GM leaf spring, these RuffStuff U-Bolt Plates are a solid choice for Jeep builds using 2.5" to 2.75" wide springs. They’re compatible with axles from 2.5" to 4" in diameter, giving you flexibility whether you're working with stock or upgraded axle tubing.

Each plate is CNC cut from .375" HRPO steel and includes three spring pin location options, which makes fine-tuning your axle position easier during setup. Built to handle real off-road abuse, these are ideal for Jeep owners doing axle swaps, spring-over conversions, or general suspension upgrades.

As others have mentioned: HEAVY DUTY. This is going on 2001 XJ Sport with a new OME KIT to replace factory bracket. Watch for side-clearance since these are 5" wide by 8.0" long edge-to-edge. C2C 4" for holes length-wise and somewhere around 3.5"-ish C2C width-wise. Bare metal, will need sealing/paint etc. . Wish I could upload pics to show. Will install soon.
