The 14 Bolt axle is already one of the strongest factory axles out there—but this truss takes it to the next level. Unlike standard I-beam-style trusses that weld only to one side and can warp your housing from uneven heat, our design uses a torsion-box structure. It’s engineered with opposing 180° weld points to minimize distortion and evenly distribute stress across the axle tubes.

Made from precision-bent 3/16" steel plate, this truss kit includes an integrated pinion truss bridge. The bridge features slotted holes to work with or without a pinion guard—no guesswork or risky welding to the cast center section required. This kit gives you maximum strength while keeping weight in check—ideal for serious trail rigs, rock crawlers, or any high-horsepower 14 Bolt build.

Best over-built truss I could find!

This truss checked all of the boxes I had for my project.

It spans the width of the axle tubes which should minimize warping, and all but negate the need to fixture the axle while being welded.

It has a large flat which accommodates my triangulated 4 link upper brackets.

It has an included (no extra charge) pinion tie-in, which was a key feature I was keen to have. My truck makes big power and I did not want to risk spinning the axle tubes within the center section, and this pinion tie-in helps me do that.

I do have a DRW C&C axle which is narrower than the SRW/DRW non-C&C axle so I had to cut down my truss to fit, but that was straight-forward and I knew I would have to do when I purchased it.
