Build-Your-Own Radius Arm or Long Arm Suspension Kit

This DIY kit is a great starting point for building your own radius or long arm suspension setup. With just a few additions like coil buckets, coil-over brackets, or a panhard kit, you can have a fully functional and affordable custom suspension system tailored to your rig.

The kit includes everything you need to assemble a radius arm setup—DOM tubing, chassis and axle brackets, bushings, heims, and misalignment spacers. Lower links use 2" x .25" wall DOM (cut to 38"), while the uppers use 1.5" x .25" wall DOM (cut to 24"). Both ends feature heat-treated chromoly heims and 2-5/8" bushings. All brackets use 9/16" hardware holes but can be drilled out to fit larger bolts if needed.
