Description

Dana 60 Full Float Spindles

Full Float Spindle Kit for Custom Dana 60 Rear Builds

This full float spindle kit is designed specifically for builders fabricating a custom Dana 60 full-float rear axle. Whether you're working on a rock crawler, trail rig, or custom off-road setup, these spindles give you the strength, compatibility, and reliability needed to handle demanding terrain.

The spindles are precision-machined to accept 1.5" 35-spline axle shafts and work with Dana 60 front or rear full-float hubs. They're also designed to fit snugly into 2.75" inner diameter tubing, making them ideal for use with 3.5" x .375" wall DOM axle tubing. The spindle surface is spec’d to accept front Dana 60 wheel seals, offering a simple solution for sealing even when using rear hubs.

Each spindle is compatible with a specific bearing setup: 2" ID outer bearing, 2.25" ID inner bearing, and a max spread of 4.25" between them. Whether you’re upgrading or starting from scratch, these spindles make a strong foundation for your full-float build.
