Dana 60 Y-Link High Steer Kit (Springless)
Springless Y-link steering upgrade for Dana 60 with max adjustability and strength.
This springless Y-link kit is one of the most adaptable steering systems available for Dana 60 axles. It’s the go-to choice for stretched wheelbases, axle swaps, or setups where standard steering geometry just doesn’t cut it. The Y-link design simplifies drag link and track bar alignment while offering clearance flexibility and strength where it counts. Whether you're working on a trail rig or a full custom build, this kit is a solid solution.
Included are two high steer arms machined from cold-rolled 1018 bar—each with dual holes for use with hydraulic or hydraulic-assist steering. They're also drilled for Reid Racing knuckles (just ignore the last hole if not needed). You get heavy-duty 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing, four beefy GM 1-ton TREs (including the Y-link specific ES2233L and a high-angle ES2027R), and our hex head bungs and jam nuts for simple, tool-friendly adjustment. Built for strength and made to fit.
