Here is the bracket so many of you asked us to make, it
works on the Cab & Chassis 14 Bolt Axle ('73-87). This
bracket uses the '75 Chevy 3/4 Ton Front rotors and
calipers just like the rest of the 14 Bolt Disc Brake
brackets we make, it simply has the different offset
required to run on a Cab & Chassis Axle. These make
the 14 bolt Disk Brake Conversion easy! They are sold
in pairs and made of 3/8" plate. They are bent and do
not require spacers like the ones other companies make.
After '99 all bets are off, the newer model 14 Bolt
axles have a variety of patterns & offsets, use a weld
on bracket for a newer 14 Bolt axle.
These are not for Dual Rear Wheels, they are made for
people running that axle with single rear wheels.
*NOTE* If longer studs are needed, usually dually studs are long enough or Dormin #610-301. Double check stud diameter, the rotors recommended for these brackets require a stud with 5/8" knurled diameter with 9/16" lug diameter or they will need to be drilled for larger diameter studs. Be sure to have minimum 5/8" lug nut thread engagement

these are for a 14 bolt semi floater 6 lug correct? just making sure thanks!
No these brackets are for the dual rear wheel full float 8 lug 14 bolt axles with at least 19" wheels. We currently do not have a kit for the semi-float 14 bolt, though you may be able to make your own with a weld on bracket and 12.5" diameter 6 lug rotor.
Jay on 1-19-2018 Asked:
Do these work on the semi float 14 bolt axle as well or just the full float axle?
These particular brackets are only for the full float Dually axles. We do not offer anything for the semi-float 14 bolt axles for disc brake conversion.
Greg F. on 11-18-2017 Asked:
I would like to put these on an axle with dual wheels. the description states it won't work with duals. My question is why? Is there a rim to caliper clearance issue? or something more complex? I already have these for my SRW truck, best thing I ever bought for the brake system.
The offset on the factory dual wheels contacts the caliper. If you have a 19" or bigger dually wheel, they will clear.
