These are the centers of most of our brake brackets so as you can imagine we have an almost unlimited supply, we made over 4,000 Brake Brackets before we discovered we could fit a tab in the waste.
It is 3.75" in diameter and 3/8" thick. It could be used for a bump stop pad or some kind of mounting plate. We will sell these until we run out of them. And they are sold in pairs
