*Tips to help prevent any seized or warped threads:

Correctly adjust welder settings and start your puddle on the tube. (Too much heat will warp the threads) Do not weld the tube adapter with the rod end threaded inside. (The two pieces cool at different rates and will lock them together) Wait until everything has completely cooled before threading your rod ends into the adapters.

KIT INCLUDES:

  • 1 - 7/8" X 3/4" Bore Heat Treated Chromoly Heim
  • 1 - 7/8" Tube Adapter (1" or 1.5" Tube ID)
  • 1 - 7/8" Jam Nut
  • 2 - Misalignment Spacers (For 2" ID Brackets)
    (Wide Misalignment Are For 2 5/8" Brackets)

Tri Flow is the only product we recommend to service our rod ends, use of other products such as WD-40 or Blaster is never recommended and will void any warranty

Picked up these rod ends to build rear upper control arms for my LJ. They're beef! Very well made and hold up to lots of abuse. Shipping was very quick.
