Single Flex Lower Front - Rear Control Arms for TJ/XJ/MJ/LJ/ZJ

This product corrects the many weaknesses in the factory arms with greater strength and performance. Where other companies use cheap canister type joints we use our tried and true Heat Treated Heim joints. Where others use .188" wall tubing(some even use .120 wall) we use .25" wall tubing. Must use adjustable upper arms with these longer lower arms

"Lets get this right out in the open, my math is not that great but I calculate these are at least 4 times stronger than stock factory control arms for the Jeep JK, TJ, LJ & XJ! The factory arms are weak, too short when adding lift and need replacement. I don't think you will bend ours and there are lots of advantages. These have 1.25" Heim joints for the lowers and 7/8' Heim uppers. The Heims allow for more than twice the travel (36 Degrees) of the factory bushings (~10 degrees). These are all Jig Built by Humans (Not Machines) here in Loomis California with steel made in Alabama or Chicago."

I've been waiting to a long time to write a review about these primarily because I wanted to get them installed and run a few trips with them before I could really weigh in. I'll get to the point: On the road they are silent and no worse then my stock LCAs so if you're concerned about heims for a DD, don't be. I live in the rust belt and run through more mud then I honestly would like to but I have yet to see the heims be negatively affected by winter or mud. I just hose them off and add lube when I feel it's necessary. More importantly these things are strong, like I'm more worried about my control arm brackets at this point strong. They've been dragged over rocks, they take tire rub at full lock, I just cannot destroy them. I replaced a lot of parts up front at one time but I can say these these at least contributed to correcting the death wobble I had on my stock arms. The only challenge I've had was getting one of the jam nuts tight enough to keep the heim from slightly rotating. But I finally got it and I'm good to go. I'm currently running these front and rear of a TJ with only stock ZJ coils up front for maybe 1-1/2" to 2" of lift. I've never installed adjustable control arms so I had to do some googling to figure that out but I'm beyond happy with the build quality of these. They work great and flex really well. They're awesome on and off the trail and for the price you cannot go wrong! I've been running these for over a year at this point through rain, mud, snow, winter and summer. My Jeep is not garage kept and it is certainly not babied. I'm continually impressed with the products I receive from RuffStuff.

As a fabricator myself, I can really appreciate just how well built these arms are. The threads are smooth, the welds are gorgeous and they look like they could withstand an A-bomb. The shipping was faster than most other companies I've dealt with as well. If you're in the market for control arms, look no further. These are the ones.

Just buy them, trust me.

Pictures don't do these things justice. The welds look great, the heims are massive, and the tubing is very thick. Stop drooling over them and just order a set! (they come with stickers too!)

Best Control Arms Around

I looked around for control arms and couldn't find any that compare to RuffStuffs quality, and for under $200 these are by far the best short arms on the market.
