Our covers are crafted from A50 plate steel with a 50,000 PSI tensile strength, so this cover is tough, it's a fortress of steel, specifically crafted to handle the intense demands of rock crawling. The 1 piece 3/8" (.375") plate steel cap is bent 8 ways and welded to a 3/8" ring, making it virtually indestructible compared to the 1/4" cap used by our competitors.. And after welding, the mounting surface is machined perfectly flat for an unbeatable fit.

This is the heavy-dutiest diff cover I could find. I really like how it doesn't require new hardware. you can totally reuse the factory bolts. It fit like a glove, and the plug makes fluid level checks and filling 100x easier. 10/10

I ordered this diff cover because it’s the only one I found that used 3/8 plate and a 3/8 ring. Boy did it not disappoint. I’d be willing to bet this cover would stop a semi truck. Pure beef!

I was having bad luck with my olf cover no matter what gasket and rtv combo i used. You cant beat the quality of this cover for the price. This cover and lube locker gasket have fixed my leak.

Just installed this yesterday on my f-250. Very happy with it. It was a perfect fit and is significantly beefier than the factory cover. I was happy with how clean the welds were. Made it very easy to paint. Now I just need to get one for my front diff.

Awesome part. Pure beef. Weld quality is beautiful, inside and out. Packaged insanely well for 2 pieces of steel (front 60 too). I'll keep buying from Ruff stuff and suggest friends do as well.
