Shipping 

Our shipping department works Monday-Friday excluding holidays

We ship using US Postal Service flat rate boxes and UPS 

Online purchases have the option for standard shipping only. The processing time of new orders is generally 2-4 days before it leaves our location (depending on current order volume). Times of high order volume (during sales/ holidays) can increase these turn around times. We recommend calling in any orders with a deadline to ensure we can meet your requirements 

Next Day, two day, and three-day shipping options are available if you call in your order 

Any order requiring same day shipping will have an expedited shipping and handling charge

Shipping cut off time is 2:30 pm Pacific time

Inspect all received package contents as soon as they are received. Report any damaged or missing items as soon as possible

UPS typically has a brokerage or handling fees due at delivery for out of country shipments. We are not responsible for these fees


Return Policy 

  • You are responsible for proper packaging of returned items, be sure to stuff the package with paper to ensure items can not shift and tear open the package during its travel. Excessive taping is also encouraged. Lost or damaged items during transit will have to be sorted out between you and the carrier you use. We cannot refund a damaged item or an item that does not make it to our location
  •  All returns require you to call or email in for authorization and to ensure we can accept your item. We may request pictures prior to return if items are in questionable condition
  • All returns must be in original UNPAINTED, UNMODIFIED, UNUSED CONDITION. If you send an item back that does not meet these guidelines you will have the option of paying to ship it back to you or having us dispose of the item with no refund
  • Ruffstuff manufactured products returned after 30 days from purchase date will receive store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase 
  • Walk in customers who paid less than $75 cash will receive a cash refund. Any cash returns over $75 will receive a check mailed to the address provided by you
  • Returned items manufactured by other vendors (Reid, Yukon, Spyntec, etc) will be based on their guidelines and restock fees. Any fee accrued will be deducted from the refund 
    • Yukon Return Policy: Items must be returned in new uninstalled condition within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee
  • All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility 
  • Custom or build to fit orders cannot be returned or exchanged 
  • Custom or build to fit orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from time of purchase
    • Custom and build to fit orders include but are not limited to axle housings, center sections, shackle flip kits, custom bushings, swaybars, etc 
  • All items must be returned and refunded through the original purchaser
