Let me tell you about our 2+ Perch, a wheelbase extending Spring Perch. We took some good old fashioned simple ideas and combined them to create something great.

We began with our tried-and-true Ubolt Plates, created a perch with a unique design, and added some wings for good measure. And what did we get? A darn good contraption that lets you extend your wheelbase by 1 to 3 inches without messing with your Spring or Shackle hangers! If you're in the need for an even larger wheelbase, you can modify those hangers too.

Safety and Installation:

Our 2+ Perch is pre-welded and built for spring over applications. The kit comes with 8 of 4" x 5/8" grade 8 bolts that thread into the wings made from 1/2" plate, so you can drive without worrying about thread retention. Test fit the bolts on your springs, cut them to the proper length, and then install with about 90 ft/lbs of torque and a dab of Loctite.
