These are well made and very heavy duty covers. I only had a few issues during install.
I have a 1979 F250 with a Dana 60 on the front. The spring bottom u bolt axle saddle interfered with the new covers due to the thickness. I had to grind about half the thickness for about 1/2" to get it to clear.
The fill plug lined up right behind my steering arm and I was unable to torque or use a ratchet I had to use an allen and a box end wrench to tighten it.
I had to use one of the old bolts as one of the new bolts sent was a size to small. I'll correct this when I find another bolt to match.
other than that I used the Lubelockers and so far so good. I will say they are way easier to deal with then RTV.

I've been bashing my Ruffstuff Specialties Dana60 diff covers off rocks for 2 years and they are as solid as they were when they were new. I've never had an issue with leaks due to the smooth machined mating surface and the welds are clean and neat! Can't go wrong with this product!

The cover plate bolt holes have been spot faced after welding which was a great surprise. Quality is beyond good. Mine is a D60 front going in my K5. Also bought one for my 14 bolt rear. I will recommend to all of my friends.

This plate is beefy and well made. The gasket flange surface is nicely machined. The cover plate bolt holes have been spot faced after welding so the plate mounts up tight. Mine is a D60 Front on a Dodge truck - the extra protection of this cover will make a real difference. Thanks RuffStuff! I will be buying more parts from you guys.

I have your D44 cover in the front where it's definitely needed and now in my recently obtained high pinion D60. Wouldn't even think of anything other than a Ruffstuff cover. Super tough and great looking. Thank you!
