Dana 60 / Dana 70 Differential Cover

This is our basic differential cover, we see it as the only one worth making. The Dana 60 axles are found stock on an endless variety of trucks from International Travelalls, Chevys, Fords, & Dodge trucks. The D60's end up in every kind of rig from Samurai's to Land Cruisers to Jeeps and full sized trucks & buggy's.

The differential cover is a 1 piece 3/8" (.375") plate steel cap bent 8 ways then welded to a 3/8" ring! The fill plug is a generous 1" ID for easy fill and oil level check. The D60 is our best selling cover. After welding the mounting surface is machined absolutely flat for a perfect fit!

The cover plate bolt holes have been spot faced after welding which was a great surprise. Quality is beyond good. Mine is a D60 front going in my K5. Also bought one for my 14 bolt rear. I will recommend to all of my friends.

This plate is beefy and well made. The gasket flange surface is nicely machined. The cover plate bolt holes have been spot faced after welding so the plate mounts up tight. Mine is a D60 Front on a Dodge truck - the extra protection of this cover will make a real difference. Thanks RuffStuff! I will be buying more parts from you guys.

These covers are the real deal! Very well made, welds are as clean as they come and mating surface is machined for a leak free cover. FYI for anyone curious, front cover clears stock Dana 60 for 1st gen Dodge W250's and regardless of how hot it is dont be that guy and install wearing flip flops! The covers are HEAVY and will get ya if you drop them.
